- Be midway through a CIMA, ACCA, ACA qualification (or at least have started a qualification)
- Have management accounts experience
- Be confident "business partnering" with various different stakeholders
- Possess sharp Excel skills
- Have a passion for commercial finance and analysis (rather than financial accounting)
