We are looking for our next Sr. Financial Analyst as we accelerate our growth journey.
Brooks Automation is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Finance team supporting our Semiconductor Solutions Group. This position reports to the Division CFO and will provide financial support to Division leadership.
RESPONSIBILITIESAnalyzes financial status by collecting, monitoring, and studying data; recommending actions.
JOB DUTIES:- Business partner to leaders in the R&D organization
- Build standardized reporting that is customized to each product line director
- Communicate and publish monthly and quarterly financial metrics and results.
- Prepare and consolidate R&D forecast and annual plans.
- Analyze monthly results and taking corrective action by performing journal entries as needed.
- Present the quarterly financial results and trends to upper management.
- Review the accuracy on capital and expense requisitions
- Increases productivity by developing automated reporting.
- Adhoc reporting as needed
QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor’s degree in accounting and/or finance is required; additionally, a MBA, CMA or CPA is a plus.
- More than 7 years of relevant financial/accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Previous experience in an accounting or Financial Analyst role.
- Strong Excel skills
- Cost Accounting knowledge and Financial Planning & Analysis skills are a plus.
- Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred), Power BI, Tableau, Hyperion Planning (or equivalent), and Microsoft Office suite required (Excel Power User preferred)
