What you will be doing

Job Responsibilities:

1. Establish and implement the financial management system of overseas subsidiary and be responsible for the daily financial management of overseas subsidiary.

2. Communicating with Group Headquarters’ financial department to ensure the effective role of the corresponding financial functions of the headquarters.

3. Familiar with IFRS and local GAAP, tax systems, foreign exchange, customer compliance. Ensure compliance operations of subsidiary and complying with relevant regulations and requirements in local.

4. Participate in the analysis of important operative activities of the subsidiary and provide financial suggestion.

5. Implement the internal control system of overseas subsidiary and effectively control the operation risk. Responsible for the company's financial compliance and deal with audit affairs to ensure that the company's financial activities meet relevant regulations and requirements.

6. Provide tax opinions and suggestions in various major investment and operation activities in the group.

What we are looking for

1. University degree, bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or finance related major, master’s degree or above is preferred.

2. More than five years of experience in local financial management positions in the United Kingdom.

3. The background of the manufacturing industry is preferred, candidate with certificate of ACCA is preferred.

4. Fluent in English and Chinese. (English can be used as daily working language)
