Financial Assessment Officer

About the role

An opportunity has arisen for a Financial Assessment Officer in the Financial Assessment Team. This service processes the financial information from customers to assess their contribution towards the cost of their care, provided through West Northamptonshire Council. 

What will you be doing?

This role involves:

Processing customers financial information and raising invoices for their care contributions.

Ensuring customers benefit income is correct.

Liaising with other internal/external organisations to deal with customer queries. 

Full training will be provided.

About you

We are looking for an experienced, confident, highly organised individual with a positive, friendly, can do attitude!

You will have excellent IT skills, a high attention to detail and proven excellent customer service experience.
