Housing Registration Assessment Officer

Our Local Authority are currently looking for a Housing Registration Assessment Officerto join them on a temporary basis.

Location – LE67 3FJ

Pay Rate – £13.29ph/£13.74ph

The local authority are currently in the process managing the transfer of all of our current housing applicants onto a new lettings system whilst also implementing a new allocations policy. They are therefore looking for someone who enjoys a challenge to support them at this busy time

You will have experience of working in a social housing environment with experience applying allocations policies and assessing housing applications.

You will need excellent administrative skills, be computer literate and comfortable dealing with customers over the phone.

Ideally we would like the successful candidate to be able to work partly out of our customer service centre in Coalville but the post could be fully remote for the right candidate.
