Financial Controller - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

As Financial Controller you will be responsible for leading a team, overseeing the production of the statutory accounts and ensuring that everything is completed accurately and on time. This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract position to cover a period of maternity.

As Financial Controller you will be responsible for:

• Coaching and mentoring the team, ensuring deadlines are met and that the team is motivated and happy!
• Reviewing the production of the statutory accounts under IFRS
• Hands-on production of the management accounts for certain projects

Profile

My client is looking for a candidate with the following experience:

• Qualified Accountant
• Experience of managing teams
• Technical expertise - experience of producing accounts under IFRS would be very useful

This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract and ideally you will be able to start at short notice / immediately.

Job Offer

£60,000 - £75,000 dependent on experience
