Description

• Manage and oversee all financial operations within the company.
• Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.
• Work with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
• Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis and commentary.
• Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported.
• Develop strategies that work to minimise financial risk.
• Implement robust financial systems and processes.

Profile

A successful Financial Controller should have:

• An Accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• Experience in a similar role within the technology and design industry.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
• Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations.
• Proficiency in use of accounting software.
• Fluent in Spanish (desired but not necessary)
