About Our Client
My client is a PE backed organisation, achieving rapid growth via acquisition. With strong strategic plans in place to grow revenue by a further 50% over the next three year period.
Job Description
- Ensure timely, accurate, consistent financial consolidation and reporting for the entities that fall under your remit
- Monthly and annual reporting for group with commentary
- Improving financial controls and systems, ensuring tight balance sheet controls in place
- UK GAAP and IFRS reporting
- Balance sheet and cash flow forecasting
- Coordinate the smooth running of external audit process ensuring all reporting deadlines are met with minimal issues
- Provide ad-hoc information / support as required
- Management of 1 x direct report
The Successful Applicant
- ACA / ACCA qualified (Practice trained)
- 2-3 years experience working within industry
- Strong technical background with experience in the production of statutory and management Accounts
- Strong controls background
- Experience in business partnering and partnering commercial functions
- Experience in leadership / managing a small team
- Excellent communication skills
