Position Purpose / Objective
As a highly experienced Financial Controller the day-to-day financial activities for the Property Management organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES – HIGH PRIORITY/KPI’s
- Manage the accounting function.
- Ensure accurate rent demands.
- Ensure accurate recovery of maintenance costs.
- Provide meaningful reporting at Management Meetings
- Strong IT skills including MS Excel, and Xero Accounting systems.
- Ensure financial controls effectively operate across the business.
- Chartered Accounting qualification preferable
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be hands on and operational.
- Good communicator
- Able to work and adhere to deadlines.
- Able to work unsupervised.
- Discreet, confidential, and trustworthy.
