This role is being offered on a Full Time Hybrid basis and is an excellent blend of all round Financial and Commercial Accounting.

Job Purpose
To be the key Business Partner the UK Managing Director as well as the Operations and Sales teams. Take ownership and preparation of forecasts and budgets, influencing key commercial metrics and improvements across the UK business. Manage the production of the UK financial reporting, Statutory Requirements including VAT, corporation tax & manage the audit process.
The Role
- Finance Business Partner the UK Managing Director and District Managers
- Provide expert financial and commercial advice to operational management, driving financial performance through commercially sound decision making and analysis.
- Agreement of annual budgets and maintaining a robust forecasting process across the remit, identifying issues and opportunities, and ensuring that the operations managers have plans in place to address them.
- Pro-actively analyse data to drive change and influence the customer.
- Streamline systems processes and controls.
- Production of monthly reporting for the UK entity.
- Month end review of financial performance with Chief Financial Officer UK Team.
- Attending UK monthly management meeting for Finance input.
- Managing the audit process for the UK entity.
- Production of cashflow reporting.
Necessary Skills / Experience
- Fully qualified accountant.
- Previous Business Partnering / Financial Analysis experience would be preferred.
- Ability to introduce more efficient IT solutions to streamline processes.
- Ideally suited to a candidate from an SME background who has a strong background in Financial Accounting and a healthy appetite for Commercial Finance.
