Financial Controller – 12-month Fixed Term Contract.

A fantastic opportunity for a Finance Controller to work for a superb organisation. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of a small finance team; therefore, we are seeking someone who has a hands on and get stuck in approach! You will be reporting directly into the Finance Director and will have the opportunity to join a superb organisation, who are growing.
You will ideally hold an ACCA, or CIMA certification, but my client will also consider candidates who are qualified by experience. If you have worked within e-commerce or FMCG, this would also be an added benefit.
The Role:
* Oversee timely preparation of monthly management accounts, production of profit & loss and balance sheet reports.
* Monitor cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
* Work the team closely to input new processes.
* Provision of financial analysis and information to support the annual budget process.
* Ensure legal and statutory compliance are completed accurately.
* Management of the statutory year end audit
* Develop and maintain financial process documentation.
* Oversee the payroll function.
* Providing overall support to the finance team.
