Financial Controller

We have an opportunity with a household name who is seeking a Financial Controller for their Derby-based Factory.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Financial Controller who's strengths lie in analysing the performance of the factory, you'll play a key role in finding ways of improving the factory output by working closely with the operational department leaders.
This is a role that will allow you to be Number 1 on-site in Finance and part of the Senior Management Team.
As Financial Controller you will:
* Be responsible for leading a team of 6
* Overseeing the management accounts production
* Managing the costs of the factory
* Business Partner to the Operations/Production teams
* Own the Budgeting/Forecasting process
* Ensure year-end deliverables are met
* Be part of the senior leadership team and contribute to strategy and day to day running of the business
To be considered for this great opportunity you will be a technically strong qualified accountant with:
* Experience in Manufacturing demonstrating BOM/Standard Cost exposure
* Qualified Accountant
* Previous experience of leading a finance team
