We are recruiting a Transfers Analyst to join a large financial services company based in Glasgow. Are you looking for a new challenge within a fast-paced environment that offers excellent training and development opportunities? If so, we may have the role for you!
Day-to-day of the role:
- Providing an enhanced service to adviser firms and building strong relationships.
- Support the delivery of a service model complimenting that of our Vision and Strategy.
- Creating clear and concise reports and recommendations for senior stakeholders where there is the need to escalate issues.
- Building and maintaining relationships across departments, supporting functions and Third Parties, removing internal barriers that are preventing the flow of work to meet our customer needs.
- Provide that extra care and attention and actively promote the values, inspiring others to do the same.
- Deliver exceptional service by identifying areas of improvement.
- Improve Transfer handling capabilities.
Experience we are looking for:
- Previous experience in the financial services industry and ideally working with a wrap platform
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Able to prioritise the high impact work, but never neglect the details
- Excellent communication skills – We need you to be completely comfortable representing our culture and values, with an emphasis on a speedy, friendly style
- Able to anticipate the needs of those you work with, juggling conflicting priorities
- The ability to think laterally and come up with new solutions to old problems
