Summary:
Our established client of 30 years is a specialist in their field, delivering first class service and support to all their partners. They are looking for a Finance Data Assistant to join their friendly team in Nottingham, to provide support to the Finance Team in the delivery of the Organisation's financial accounting function. The candidate will have the ability to work co-operatively and efficiently by providing timely accurate reports and information as and when required.
Key duties for Financial Data Analyst:
- Account openings
- Commissions checks
- Identifying and correcting partner commissions
- Building and importing commission books
- DA's- reviewing and approving commercials
- Finance Inductions
- Processing payments to partners
- Handling incoming calls and queries from partners
- Building, maintaining and analysing various reports used throughout the business
- Monitoring commercial viability of sales
- Support the bespoke sales tool development
- Submitting claims for missing commissions
- Analysis of commissions data
Skills required for Financial Data Analyst:
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience of analysing accounts data
- Experience of working in an Accounts / Admin office
Hours / Other Information:
Full time office based: Monday - Thursday 9.00-17.30 (1 hour lunch)Friday 9.00-17.00 (30 mins)Car Parking available
