FINANCIAL INVESTIGATOR – Fixed Term2 Years

Location – Travelling between Staffordshire Police Headquarters, Hanley and Burton Upon Trent.

Grade G Band £36,996 - £43,098

37 Hours per week

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an individual to join the Fraud and Financial Investigation Department as a Financial Investigator.

The Financial Investigators are key to Staffordshire Police use of Proceeds of Crime Act (POCA) in all Financial Investigations and asset recovery.

The post holder will be working in a small department that is integral to coordinating and investigating Financial enquiries and investigations for the Whole of Staffordshire.

This is a unique area of business within the Force that supports the recovery of Financial assets from criminals. It is an incredibly busy area of business that requires an ability to work alongside tight deadlines set by the court and ensure prioritisation of own workload.

The successful applicant will be required to be a QUALIFIED ACCREDITED FINANCIAL INVESTIGATOR OR QUALIFIED FINANCIAL INTELLIGENCE OFFICER
