Financial is-selling Fee Earner - Liverpool

Salary up to £35k plus bonus

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with previous experience in dealing with Financial Mis-selling cases. You will play a pivotal role in investigating and representing clients in claims against companies focusing on commonly mis-sold financial services products.

Main duties and responsibilities are:

• Responsible for managing a case load of Financial Mis-selling files from inception to settlement
• Conduct thorough research on legal issues, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of each case.
• Draft a variety of legal documents, including but not limited to letters of claim, responses, and settlement agreements etc
• Drafting proceedings
• Prepare all Court documents and proceedings
• Ensure compliance with court deadlines/directions etc
• Provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

• Strong research and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• A results-driven approach to work, ensuring the best outcomes for clients

Ideally you should have at least 12 month experience dealing with Financial Mis-selling files of a similar nature, but if you have slightly less experience than 12 months you may also be considered. The role is full time and permanent and there is lots of room for progression and development within the company.
