Salary up to £30k plus hybrid working and benefits
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- To have day to day conduct of commercial ULR files both non-litigated and litigated small claims
- Ensure the clients are kept fully informed on the progress of the claim
- Deal with post, telephone calls and emails an ensure that not worked on lists and to do lists are kept up to date
- To ensure that all referred cases are opened and progressed efficiently
- To keep brokers and/or commercial clients informed
Experience & Knowledge
- Experience of legal/Insurance
- Litigation experience
- Ability to work in an organised manner
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Experience of working with a case management system (Proclaim, Visualfiles, Solcaseetc)
- An ability to work using own initiative
- Good IT skills including Microsoft Office
- Team player
