An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Financial Modelling Associate to join a well known Real Estate Investment organisation based in Central London. Reporting to the Head of Financial Modelling, you will be contributing to the creation and preparation of financial models and analysis for a range of clients.

Description

Reporting to the Head of Financial Modelling working in a team of 4, you will be contributing to the creation and preparation of financial models and analysis for a range of clients.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with and building bespoke financial models and detailed analysis on both a regular and ad-hoc basis for the purposes of underwriting, raising debt and equity, and for strategic business planning

• Contribute to the preparation of ongoing periodic and ad-hoc financial models and reporting in relation to internal and external clients used to assess project returns

• Cleansing, collecting, and monitoring data and assumptions used to prepare financial models and analysis.

• Ensuring consistency of processes and that consistent data sources are being used across all the models and analysis being prepared.

• Assisting in the continuous development of first-class Financial Modelling.

• Use analytical tools to prepare Dashboards and Data Visualisations to present outputs to client.

Profile

• Financial modelling experience essential

• Good understanding of the real estate industry - preferable

• Able to work to tight deadlines and within a fast paced environment
