This could be in a full or part time capacity (e.g. 4 or 5 days)

As a Financial Planning Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting a dedicated financial adviser. Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing and submission of new business
- Completion of client servicing processes
- Dealing with client queries and liaising with financial product providers
- Undertaking relevant research for the financial adviser
- Managing client documentation and ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulatory deadlines
- Coordinating meetings and appointments for the financial adviser.
- Providing general administrative support
As a Financial Planning Administrator you will have:
- Experience as a paraplanner OR related supporting IFA administrative experience.
- Strong numeracy and organisational skills as well as attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience of using CRM databases and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

- Base salary of up to GBP26k (depending on experience) plus bonuses (worth up to GBP8.5k of which GBP3,600 is non taxable) if full time.
