Form of workMy client are a well established Financial Planning practice based in North Bristol and are currently looking to recruit a Financial Services Administrator to join their long-standing workforce.
The Role:
To support the Financial Planners and Paraplanners with day-to-day administrative tasks including:
- Processing letters of authority.
- Compiling enclosures for reports such as illustrations, key features and applications and send out client correspondence as needed.
- Request quotations online through various provider systems, as well as telephone and email.
- Liaison with providers, third parties and clients (via email, letter or telephone).
- Process switches, transfers, withdrawals and retirement benefits (including income drawdown) using all provider platforms.
- Process new business from proposal to policy document stage.
- Request investment valuations.
- Write post review letters.
- This is an office based role.
The Candidate:
- The successful candidate will have previous experience working within the Financial Services sector (ideally within a Financial Planning practice) and be familiar with FCA regulations.
- Experience using Intelligent Office would be advantageous.
Salary:
- Salary up to £30,000 depending on experience.
