Salary Up to £26,000

Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing and organising client meetings, ensuring all necessary documentation is in order.
Act as a liaison between clients and advisors, responding to inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
Maintain accurate client records and files, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Handle administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
Prepare and process client paperwork for account openings, transfers, and other transactions.
Assist in the maintenance and updating of Financial Planning software.
Support the preparation of compliance reports and documentation.
To be considered
Strong organisational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of financial products and services is a plus.
