As a Financial Planning Administrator, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting Paraplanners and Financial Planners. Your attention to detail, organisational skills, and commitment to excellence will contribute to our clients’ financial success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collate information to support Financial Planning processes using various software systems
- Compare products and providers using different systems
- Assist with preparing paperwork for various products (e.g., pension, ISA, Bond)
- Draft letters for new business, including pension contributions, transfers, ISA contributions, and more
- Set up products/investments with various providers (both paper-based and electronically)
- Handle printing, scanning, binding, and filing of reports
- Provide overflow reception support
Skills:
- Previous experience in a similar role or working in a financial services administration is preferred but not essential
- Highly organised with good time management skills
- Ability to deliver exceptional service to clients
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Collaborative team member with a can-do attitude
- Good IT skills
