A leading Wealth Management firm which helps to secure the financial future of families and individuals by advising them through investment, pension and tax choices is looking for an Administrator. The role is to provide support to the Advisors and Paraplanners in this busy office environmentEnsuring that all administration relating to clients investments are completed accurately, to a high standard and being fully compliant with the FCA regulations.
The role involves day to day administration of business processes, providing professional support to the Financial Planners, Paraplanners and the business in general via the processing of administrative tasks, updating cashflows and writing professional letters. It is imperative that these administrative tasks are carried out in a timely manner to a high standard.
To be successful in this role, you are required to have:
- Previous Wealth Management Administration experience is essential
- Sound knowledge of Financial Services
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail and ensuring quality
