The salary for this role is £48,000 - £50,000.
Responsibilities of the Contract Manager:
- Ensuring that all contracts are accurate and relevant documentation is correct and updated when necessary
- Building and maintaining good relationships with clients and suppliers
- Corresponding with external stakeholders to document all activities
- Ensure that Risk Assessments, COSHH records and safe methods of work records are held on site
- Update asset lists, schedules and instruction sets on the computerised maintenance management system
- Contribute to the appraisal of staff and suppliers
Skills needed for the Contract Manager:
- Proven successful working relationships with high end service providers
- Advanced knowledge of Building Management Systems
- A proven track record of company policy and procedure management and reviewing, implementing change
- Experience of working with a variation of sub-contractors at one time
- Internal report and performance data production and presentation
- Financial control co-ordination, including P&L responsibility and financial targets
