We are seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to join a high performing Accounting & Finance team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis as well as experience of managing a small team. This role will have a requirement to travel between sites in the South West (2 days per week) on a fortnightly basis, with the opportunity to work from home in between these visits.

Description
- Lead the financial planning and analysis function across the business
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting
- Provide detailed financial reports to senior management
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
- Lead a team of 3 and support with their development
- Work closely with other departments to understand business needs and financial implications
- Monitor and analyse industry trends and market changes
- Implement financial controls and procedures to ensure compliance
- Assist in strategic decision making through providing insightful financial data
Profile
A successful FP&A Manager should have:
- A recognised accountancy qualification (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
- Extensive experience in financial planning and analysis
- Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
