Fp&A Manager

We are seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to join a high performing Accounting & Finance team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis as well as experience of managing a small team. This role will have a requirement to travel between sites in the South West (2 days per week) on a fortnightly basis, with the opportunity to work from home in between these visits.

Description

• Lead the financial planning and analysis function across the business
• Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting
• Provide detailed financial reports to senior management
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
• Lead a team of 3 and support with their development
• Work closely with other departments to understand business needs and financial implications
• Monitor and analyse industry trends and market changes
• Implement financial controls and procedures to ensure compliance
• Assist in strategic decision making through providing insightful financial data

Profile

A successful FP&A Manager should have:

• A recognised accountancy qualification (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
• Extensive experience in financial planning and analysis
• Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
