Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and analyze financial data, prepare comprehensive financial reports, and provide actionable recommendations to senior management.
- Budget Management: Lead the budgeting process, ensuring accurate forecasting and financial planning to support business goals.
- Accounts Management: Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and accurate reconciliations.
- VAT & Transactions: Handle monthly VAT submissions and manage inter-company transactions with precision.

- Payroll: Oversee weekly and monthly payroll processes
What We're Looking For:
- Qualifications: AAT qualified at a minimum.
- Experience: Proven experience in financial services, accounting, cost control, and financial management.
- Financial Expertise: Strong knowledge of financial planning principles and practices.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in financial software, advanced MS Excel skills, and Xero experience.
- Analytical Abilities: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Industry Experience: Experience within the property management sector is desirable but not essential.
