Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and analyze financial data, prepare comprehensive financial reports, and provide actionable recommendations to senior management.
• Budget Management: Lead the budgeting process, ensuring accurate forecasting and financial planning to support business goals.
• Accounts Management: Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and accurate reconciliations.
• VAT & Transactions: Handle monthly VAT submissions and manage inter-company transactions with precision.
• Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Payroll: Oversee weekly and monthly payroll processes

What We're Looking For:

• Qualifications: AAT qualified at a minimum.
• Experience: Proven experience in financial services, accounting, cost control, and financial management.
• Financial Expertise: Strong knowledge of financial planning principles and practices.
• Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in financial software, advanced MS Excel skills, and Xero experience.
• Analytical Abilities: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Industry Experience: Experience within the property management sector is desirable but not essential.
