Head Of Management Accounts/Transformation

Castlefield are currently partnering with an NHS organisation based in the South West who are looking to recruit various roles into the finance team. One of these positions is a Head of Management Accounts/Transformation. This role will be project-based, helping to improve reporting and financial management function of the trust. The role has to potential to be outside of IR35 and offers agile working for the right candidate.

Duties;

• Supporting the Finance Business partner to pull together the FIMS, FPR and Board Reports
• Improving processes and procedures
• Utilising the system to automate and speed up processes
• Encouraging and improving interactions between the income and expenditure team
• Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders
• Reporting directly to the finance Director

Experience;

• Excellent systems knowledge
• Ideally previous Unit 4 Agresso experience
• Previous experience as a head of Management Accounts
• If you have worked in a transformation/improvement role this will be an additional advantage
