An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of Residential Block Management with a superb and highly sought after Exeter Estate & Letting Agency. As an external recruiter, we are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to lead and grow a brand new department dedicated to residential Block Management and with a salary in the region of £45-50,000 pa.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing the business from scratch, setting up systems and doing business development. The successful candidate will have at least five years proven experience in property and Block Management, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the Devon property market.
As the Head of Residential Block Management, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement business strategies, manage day-to-day operations, recruit and train a new team as required over time, maintain client and stakeholder relationships, oversee financial management, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
To be successful in this role, you will ideally need a degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field, a minimum of 5 years of experience in property and Block Management, and strong leadership and communication skills. You should also possess strategic planning and business development abilities, financial acumen, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused approach.
