Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Excellence: Manage and administer contracts throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Vendor Relationships: Foster positive relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and partners.
- Budget Oversight: Work closely with the finance team to monitor project budgets and financial performance.

About You:
- Proven Experience: Minimum 5 years of successful experience as a Senior Site Manager, Project Manager or Contract Manager in residential construction.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for negotiation.
- Problem Solver: Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
