We are working with an exceptional wealth management firm that provide financial advice and investment management services to private clients, small businesses, and families. They are now looking for an experienced, professional, and confident business support candidate to join their team in providing a first-class experience to clients visiting the branch.
You will be the first person to welcome visitors and ensure you deal with queries quickly and efficiently. You will then help with getting meetings set up, diaries, and any packs required. Due to the small team, you must work closely together and offer a smooth process, whilst working to high standards and offering a friendly service.

Experience within Financial Services is essential and you will need to have proven customer service skills and be fully fluent in English with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Exceptional attention to detail, strong IT skills, specifically Excel, and be able to pick up new IT packages very quickly.
This role is fully office-based in Summertown, Oxford. There is no parking available and as the role is fully office-based, please ensure you can commute to Summertown easily before applying. The role is full-time and permanent, but we can consider a 4-day working week. The starting salary is between £25,000-£30,000 depending on experience but please do reach out if you have the relevant skills for a chat.
