Financial Services Customer Service Advisor

Huntswood is looking for Finance Service Customer Service Agent with a great telephony manner to join a a growing project for a leading investment provider. If you have experience working within the financial service and excellent communication skills and then we have a great role for you.

In this role you will be making outbound calls to relative of recently deceased customers and support them with the next steps regarding product, as well as answering any queries or concerns they may have.

Start Date: Monday 4th March 2024

Day Rate: £200- Umbrella only recruitment - This is only available to individuals working via an Umbrella company, we can assist you with this

Location: Bristol/Hybrid - 2 days a week in office

Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm

What Huntswood is looking for:

• Experience working in a Customer Service role within the Financial Services industry
• Excellent telephone manner and the ability to communication clearly whilst being empathic
• An understanding of investment products would be beneficial
• Commitment to work at client's office in Central Bristol 2 days a week
• Ability to work independently as well as being able to work as a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to navigate through a number of in-house databases
• Good MS Office skills, particularly MS Word
