Rate: £56.36/hr Umbrella (inside IR35)

Length: 12 month initial contract

Location: Whitley / Gaydon (Hybrid)

As a Financial Services Digital Product Owner, you will ensure the Financial Services Digital strategy is clearly defined and fully integrated with the core Customer Journey.

Reporting to the Head of FS Commercial & Digital Performance, the role will require working cross-functionally to pro-actively drive vehicle sales & customer loyalty through Financial Services Digital enhancements. This is a hands-on role that will require you to get into the detail and problem solve on a daily basis.

To give you an idea of how this Financial Services Digital Product Owner role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:

• Support the development & lead delivery of key capabilities within the Global FS Digital Strategy to ensure digitally enabled, seamless, branded experiences to improve the customer journey experience and increase car sales/customer renewals.
• Manage, maintain and continuously improve the existing FS digital portfolio across the Top 20 markets
• Ensure Financial Services content is integrated into core customer journey/ platforms
• Define FS functionality and system integrations to support and manage delivery
• Define and manage delivery of integration of Insurance and Ancillary products within existing digital portfolio and future e-commerce developments

• A detailed knowledge of retail, fleet and business Financial Services products and services
• A strong understanding of Financial Services digital channels and the Financial Services industry
• To have worked in a development environment
• Track record of working with multiple internal and external stakeholders and development teams to deliver e2e journeys
• Thorough understanding of API structures and development best practices
• Product Owner or Solution Architect experience
• Ability to translate high level business requirements into detailed technical requirements and vice versa
• Knowledge of digital delivery and latest digital platforms
• Strong communication skills e.g. ability to challenge stakeholders with strong influencing and engagement skills
