Your new role
You will be working closely with specialist financial service disputes, and have a variety of different caseloads and clients to manage. The caseload will mainly consist of investigations, litigation, bribery, fraud and money laundering. You will also support the partner of the department with their complex caseload, and manage and assist in training the more junior members of the team.
You will assist the dispute resolution team with providing expertise to assist in solving any contentious issues the client is having surrounding finance. This is a suitable role for someone who is an established FS litigation lawyer looking to take on more responsibility and contribute to the structure and leadership of the team.
What you\'ll need to succeed
The ideal candidate should have:

• At least 5 years post-qualification experience.
• Be a Solicitor or a Barrister at a city firm in the financial disputes department.
• Experience of managing a varied and complex caseload.
• Experience of managing high value disputes.
• Have a proactive approach to training and guiding junior members of the team.
