The role will provide the opportunity to advise clients on areas such as conduct of business and regulatory change management, including MiFID II, MAR.
The successful candidate will advise a broad range of financial institutions, including;
- private fund managers and private wealth managers;
- investment managers;
- integrated investment banks; and,
- fintech businesses.
The firm is keen to meet with Associates who have qualified and gained decent experience in a US or top City/International firm's Fin Reg team.
