Main purpose of the role
To provide technical knowledge and support relating to the firms Practice Management System (PMS), associated Financial Systems and any integrations with other systems upon which the PMS is dependent on.
The client offers a hybrid approach to office and remote working, with 2 days in the office per week as a general rule.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop internal roadmaps and ensuring adherence to supplier roadmaps.
- SQL – Data fixes, troubleshooting, issue resolution and data queries
- Creation of Test Plans and running test cycles
- Understand any integrations to the applications.
- Work alongside other teams to assist in providing technical solutions and system upgrades.
- Work with the PMO and finance teams to deliver projects relating to the PMS and associated applications and integrations.
- Create and develop educational materials for applications, ensuring all documentation is kept up to date.
- Follow Change Control, problem record management and ITIL processes.
- Carry out month and year end processes.
Key Skills and Experience
Technical experience in the following technologies:
- Knowledge and/or Experience of the Aderant stack
- Aderant PMS
- Aderant Expert Time or similar
- Experience using the following Applications.
- Chrome River
- Proactis or similar procurement systems.
- Ebilling Hub
- MSSQL Server, TSQL scripting.
- Strong stakeholder management, relationship building, and interpersonal interaction skills are essential to work collaboratively across the organisation.
