• Welsh speaking is essential for this role

We are Adra. We provide quality homes in North Wales. We’re not an organisation that stands still. Over the coming years we will have built a significant number of homes outside the county, with an ambition to be providing several hundred more high quality homes across North Wales. Although highly ambitious, we are equally determined to protect and develop the rich culture and heritage of the communities we serve.

We are looking for someone to coordinate and lead on welfare matters across Adra including, but not limited to:

• Cost of Living Crisis
• Universal Credit
• Pension Credits
• Bedroom Tax
• Fuel Poverty
• Food poverty

The role’s purpose is to identify customers who have been adversely affected by the Cost-of-Living Crisis; Welfare Reform; fuel poverty and provide support, advice, and guidance to ensure they maximise support they are entitled to. This includes financial inclusion and digital inclusion.

You will ensure the effective management of resources to provide excellent services to both internal and external customers, partners, and stakeholders.

The ability to communicate in Welsh is essential for this role.
