Responsibilities in your new role as Fine Dining Head Waiter or Waitress

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring the team to consistently deliver a superior Fine Dining experience. You will support management by conducting team training sessions, ensuring impeccable service delivery, and overseeing stock takes. Your role will also involve proficiently upselling and encouraging the team to excel in this area. Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and customer service will be paramount throughout all operations.

Your personality, experience and qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2 years of Head Waiter or Waitress experience in a Fine Dining/3 rosette environment. You must demonstrate a proven track record in leadership, team motivation, and possess excellent customer service skills, emphasising attention to detail. The ability to work flexibly under pressure while upholding high standards is essential for this role.
