Responsibilities:
- Lead our service team in providing impeccable hospitality, ensuring every guest receives a memorable dining experience.
- Oversee the seamless flow of service, from greeting guests to coordinating table assignments and managing reservations.
- Mentor and train waitstaff on service standards, menu knowledge, and guest interaction, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and maintain the highest standards of presentation.
- Anticipate guests' needs and preferences, proactively addressing any concerns or special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
