Our client fine Dining – Mediterranean Restaurant who is based in Central London is looking for a Head Waiter / Waitress
Alluring contemporary French restaurant offers imaginative cuisine, that focuses on simple yet refined Mediterranean – style cooking, using the best seasonal ingredients.
The menu encourages diners to share simply because it’s the best way to sample their hugely varied menu.
The ideal Head Waiter / Waitresswill possess passion for both food & wine, demonstrate strong supervision & leadership skills, with a keen eye for detail.
The successful Head Waiter / Waitress will receive a salary of £30,000 per year and for 48 working hours per week.
The restaurant is closed on all bank holiday’s and 12 days over the Christmas & New Year
