- Previous experience as a Head Waiter/ Waitress in a luxury environment an advantage
- You must be articulate and comfortable communicating in English with guests and colleagues
Your responsibilities
- Our Head Waiters/ Waitresses are responsible for consistently managing and exceeding guest expectations to the highest standards
- Head Waiters/ Waitresses communicate effectively with all levels of colleagues to ensure the smooth running of services and events
- Remember and engage with our guests to ensure their memorable experience
