Fine Dining Host (KPFD)

Job Introduction

We are looking for a Fine Dining Host to join our team at one of Rapport’s most prestigious contracts. The client is one of the Big Four leading audit and accounting firms, and you will play a crucial role in delivering award winning service to our clients and their guests.

Joining a team of four, you will work in an exclusive area of the building and be responsible for the reservation and hosting of client entertainment experiences.

This is a permanent, part-time role (32 hours per week), Monday to Thursday with shift patterns between 7 AM to 10 PM. We offer excellent benefits, such as subsidised meals, lunch allowance while on duty, and discounted membership for the onsite gym.

Main Responsibilities

• Being responsible for the Client Services in the exclusive client entertainment area, providing excellent service to the Partners and VIP clients
• Processing booking requests
• Ensuring all guests receive a personalised and professional welcome
• Ensuring impeccable presentation of the area
• Working cohesively with other team members and departments to deliver exceptional service
• Ensuring all client and guest requirements are exceeded during their visit

The ideal candidate will

• Be welcoming, energetic, highly organised, excellent in planning, confident, innovative, passionate about service
• Have excellent communication skills, the ability to work as part of the team and create rapport with key stakeholders
• Display operational effectiveness and ensure all standards are adhered to
• Ideally have at least 2 years of customer service experience within a 5* development or corporate background
