Finished Goods Control Team Leader

Vanta Staffing High Wycombe are looking for a full time Goods-In Team Leader.

Monday Friday

8am 4.30pm

GBP11.50 - GBP13.50 per hour

Duties of the Goods-In Team Leader are:

• Carrying out quality checks and quantity checks.
• Managing key elements of the goods-in, return and good-out processes.
• Processing picking lists and ad-hoc despatch requests.
• Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor and assisting Production Team Leaders.
• Operating forklifts and pallet trucks.
• Ensuring external premises, car parks and loading areas and clean and clear of any debris.
• Carrying out other stores, warehouse and logistics related activities as and when required.

Requirements of the Goods-In Team Leader are:

• A forklift truck licence.
• Warehouse experience ideally in a manufacturing environment.
• Computer literate with MS office experience (Excel and Word).
• Physically fit to carry out manual handling activities.
• Sage 200 or stock management software knowledge is desired but not essential.
• Motivated and self-driven with a high attention to detail.
• Responsible and reliable.
• A confident and effective communicator.
