I'm currently working with a key client of mine, a main contractor, who is currently looking for a strong Finishing Manager to assist with the drive of completion of the internals on a student accommodation scheme.
As a Finishing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing internals from 1st and 2nd fix stage, through to handover on 50 plus townhouses. You will be responsible for managing the sub-contracts, managing health and safety on site and reporting into a Project Manager on site.
The ideal candidate must have extensive resi/main contracting experience. Also, you must hold a valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid certificate here.
