SalaryMy client is seeking a Russian-speaking Finishing Manager to work on a super-prime residential development in North London.
The successful Finishing Manager will be working on a £4m one-off build for a private client. We are looking for someone who is strong on high-end finishes, snagging and handing over the unit on time.
To be considered for this Finishing Manager role, you must have valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates. You must also be fluent in Russian.
This Finishing Manager position is being offered on a freelance basis for approximately 12 weeks, thereafter there is another site in South-East London of a similar spec with 8 months of work. Pay rate is negotiable - approximately £260 per day.
