Fire Alarm Service Engineer Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Fire Alarm Service Engineer.
- The Fire Alarm Service Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as troubleshooting, technical support, preventive maintenance, and customer service in fire and security systems.
- You will be expected to cover the Midlands and London area
- Call out is £210 per week £30 per day. Up midnight is time and half midnight onwards double time
- Call-out is 1 in 6 weeks
- Paid door-to-door except for 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the evening
- Plenty of overtime available
- Engineers must have their hand tools
- FIA Trained 1,2,3 as a minimum
- Gent trained
- Field Service and Technical Support skills
- Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance skills
- Customer Service skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team
- Experience in the fire protection and security industry is a plus
- Technical certifications or relevant qualifications
- Salary up to £36,000 plus overtime
- Nest pension
- 20 days annual leave plus your birthday off and 1 additional day you have worked for the business each year. This is capped at 25 days plus your birthday
