Shirley Parsons have exclusively partnered with Aston Villa Football Club, who are looking to appoint a confident, engaging and experienced Fire Safety professional. This is a Part time position, where you will be required to work 21 hours across 3 days. Flexibility is required, as evening and weekend work will be involved.
The Fire and Compliance Advisor will be responsible for:
* Delivering a structured review of the FRA programme
* Being the main point of contact for all questions and queries regarding fire safety
* Designing and delivering a range of fire safety training
* Building strong working relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders, including the Head of H&S, Projects teams and local fire service
The Fire and Compliance Advisor will have:
* Minimum Level 3 Fire Safety Certificate (Essential)
* Experience of managing fire safety issues in a complex environment (Essential)
* Comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of legislation, standards and best practice in fire safety.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to write and present reports.
