Fire & Security Engineer South West Region

Out Client are  market leading provider of intelligent building solutions, with a large and thriving fire & security division. They are currently expanding to provide a further level of service to existing customers.

They are looking for a Fire and Security Engineer to carry out service, maintence and commissioning at clients sites across the South West.

The individual will be a highly proffesional engineer, who is customer minded and will have experience across CCTV, Access Controls and Fire Detection. 

You will ideally have experience working in both commercial and industrial sites and be adaptable to different environments.

Provide Security (CCTV, Access control and Fire) support to your allocated customers

Embed and follow Safety as our No.1 priority with adherence to HSE policies, ensuring requirements are met with the regular review and submission of RAMS, POWRAs use of PPE and Near Miss reporting

Take ownership of your customer base to meet/exceed our contractual requirement and delivering a best in class service and high customer service (CSAT) score

Working closely with the customer to identify operational issues that we can resolve

Provide clear and concise service visit reports (SVRs) 

Advise and assist the Service Operations Manager / Sales Team with larger opportunities

Take part in the team call out rota and support other members of the team where possible

Ensure you continue to develop your technical and industry knowledge through the company training school and keeping abreast of technological developments in the industry

About you:

Qualified in relevant discipline (Engineering/Electrical), please also note that candidates with equivalent level of experience will also be considered 

You possess previous experience in the Field Service environment, where you had to look after customers 

You are a motivated individual who would be willing to learn about the product range 

Ability to work independently without supervision

Fluency in English (written and verbal) is a must

Hold a full driving license
