Job Title: Lead Fire and Security Service engineer (would consider security bias only)
Salary: GBP38 000

Main Tasks of Job:
Lead Fire and SecurityService engineer, would consider security bias only.
Servicing and small works of our wide range of Fire and Security products including Intruder alarms/ Access Control/ Door Entry/CCTV systems, fire alarm, disabled refuge, nurse call, all to and NSI (NACOSS) standards.
Working on varying systems from new to old. Honeywell Galaxy, Orisec, Gent, Morley, Kentec, Hikvision, Avigilon, Paxton, BPT, Quantec,
Commissioning of our wide range of security products including Intruder alarms/ Access Control/ Door Entry/CCTV systems to and NSI (NACOSS) standards.
Working within a team but providing guidance/ support to engineer as and when required.
Provide excellent service to customers, building solid working relationships.
Site surveys on compliance and attending client meetings.
Bespoke training plan/ package to further progress career.
Being involved in a 24-hour emergency cover rota.
Works predominantly in London.
Be able to produce detailed defect quotes which you would receive a % on if converted.
Strong IP knowledge.
Be the lead engineer in a growing department.
Candidate requirements:
Undertaking training and development to further your skills knowledge and experience.
Technical knowledge of Fire and Security products and systems. With a proven track record (minimum of 4 years).
Have attained a good knowledge and understanding of Health and Safety requirements.
Good understanding of British Standards, NSI (NACOSS) and BAFE requirements.
Previous experience in the Fire and Security industry including experience of working within commercial, residential, healthcare and construction sites.
Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
Full UK driving licence as this is a field engineer role.
Clean criminal record as all our engineers must be Enhanced DBS checked.
Valid ECS/CSCS.
System commissioning knowledge
Strong understanding on IP networking/ fault finding
