Form of work Multi Trades Recruitment are looking for an t experienced Helpdesk Operative for a job-based in Bellshill area. The Fire Door Team Administrator is responsible for maintaining accurate and compliant maintenance records for statutory and non-statutory jobs. This role will also be responsible for updating the BOLSTER database and updating associated records and CAD drawings, supporting the Senior Management Team, specifically the Fire Door Manager to deliver exceptional customer service across sites throughout South Yorkshire and Bassetlaw.

Role:
- IT literate with knowledge of Bolster, AutoCAD and Microsoft applications and information management systems.
- Manage communication via phone, emails and radio calls.
- Log reactive tasks on CAFM system.
- Download and allocate worksheets for engineers/cleaners/sub-contractors.
- Update CAFM once engineers/cleaners/Sub contractor's feedback is received.
- Order parts for further work where necessary.
- Arrange for quotes to be raised where required.
- Strictly monitor all open tasks until resolution.
- Close down tasks on CAFM once completed.
- Produce reports to demonstrate Helpdesk performance.
- Prepare for cut over imminently to the new CAFM system.
- Scan and file completed worksheets.
