Our client is currently recruiting for an experienced Regional Fire Door Team Administrator based within Rotherham, S60
The Fire Door Team Administrator is responsible for maintaining accurate and compliant maintenance records for statutory and non-statutory jobs
This role will also be responsible for updating the BOLSTER database and updating associated records and CAD drawings, supporting the Senior Management Team, specifically the Fire Door Manager to deliver exceptional customer service across sites throughout South Yorkshire and Bassetlaw.Due to the nature of the role, the successful candidate will require an enhanced DBS clearance and may be required to travel to sites.Available shifts / Locations below:
- Monday until Friday (5 days a week)
- Postcode: S60 1RF
- 09:00-17:00PM
- £15.08 including holiday pay, however you have the option to accrue
- Paid Weekly, Every Friday before 5 PM.
Skills and experience required:
- Must have at least 2 years previous experience
- Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy
- Able to manage time effectively
- Ability to work both alone and in a team
- Awareness of health and safety procedures
- Good communication and organisation skills
- Good attention to detail
- DBS REQUIRED
- DRIVING LICENCE REQUIRED
- On an ad hoc basis, create/update Work Orders and Purchase Orders on Maximo to reflect the latest status and information available
- IT literate with knowledge of Bolster, AutoCAD and Microsoft applications and information management systems.
- Sound understanding of H&S, Environment and QA procedures.
